Edward N. Brown, Jr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO of APS and, Mr. Brown, Jr. has consistently emphasized customer satisfaction as one of the most important vehicles to company growth and expansion. His initial vision of developing a consumer-friendly auto parts e-commerce website has evolved into a business which now has several revenue-generating retail and wholesale divisions. With the realignment of APS’s marketing strategies, Mr. Brown, Jr. has forged relationships with U.S. Government Prime Contractors, which has led to significant revenue growth in recent years. He has also led the Company’s push into the distribution of complimentary non-automotive related brands, such as TCP lighting, Hamilton Beach appliances, and Griffin Technology iPhone accessories. Mr. Brown, Jr. graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and is also an Eagle Scout.

Mr. Brown has more than 30 years of experience as a successful business executive and is the founder of several corporations. Mr. Brown has spent a considerable amount of his career in the transportation industry, ranging from employment as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic to developing sales training curriculums for leading dealerships in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market to new car sales. Previously serving as the President of DFW Distribution, Mr. Brown’s strategic guidance assisted the Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up Companies in penetrating the Texas market with the unveiling of new products sold in leading grocery chains. Mr. Brown also successfully contracted with Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) for the international distribution of bottled water.
